¡¡¡¡Our factory is located in the ancient town-Linzi. Tongyang Canal and Coast Expressway is running through in front our factory. So we have very convenient transportation. Now our factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters including a building area of 2,500 square meters. We are specialized in the production of rib fabric, urethane elastic fiber rib fabric, French rib fabric, waffle checks, etc of various specifications. We own 35 sets of Z 211diameter circular knitting machine of 23 inch, 26 inch, 30 inch and 34 inch. Our production capacity per day reaches 5000-6000 kilometers. We can produce the rib or irregular rib fabric of 12 needle, 14 needle, 16 needle, 18 needle, 1+1,2+2,3+1,4+2,5 +2,7+2 and 9+1. And we can undertake the material processing and distribution operation.
There are over 80 employees who have good technical strength and designing ability in the knitted garment workshop which is specialized in the production of knitted fabric or clothes of various specifications. This workshop has 40 sets of high-speed sewing machine, 10 sets of double needle flat-lock machine, 20 sets of four thread overlock machine and buttonhole bar-tacker, marking button machine, suction ironing table, needle detector or other whole equipments. It can undertake the professional work of ready-made clothes processing and ordering from customer with good quality. |
